New Build - PM, CA & Financial & CDM - we were able to successfully provide design, specification, contract administration and financial reporting as apart of an integral team to complete a modern new build with fire suppression. Working with the Contractor, Client, Fire Engineers, Local Authority and Building Control (Approved Inspectors) we were able to provide a stunning and modern new facility for the public.

Cladding Remediation  - In a time of uncertainty, confusion Lawsons Surveying guided the way through with multiple challenges we offered advice on different cladding options, estimated cost, competitive tenders, working with the Contractor and Client ensuring timely communications were issued with continued updates allowed the project to be a success in a challenging time.

Fire Upgrade - Passive & Active - From the initial fire risk assessment concerns to arranging the surveys and remediated within a live residential environment with detailed reporting to ensure continued management and maintenance of the fire stopping could be undertaken.

Internal Refurbishment - Collaborating with multiple stakeholders and the professional team including Interior Designers, Structural Engineers & Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to refurbish the interior of the property.

External Repairs (S20) - We have undertaken numerous internal and external repairs and redecorations including challenging locations and projects and as apart of Section 20 works working with key stakeholders, management companies, board of directors and residents. Providing ongoing reporting on quality, time and cost. 

 

Homebuyer - Providing timely reporting services to assist home buyers understand the property they wish to purchase, reporting in a timely manner.

Party Wall - Acting as both Building Owner Surveyor, Adjoining Owner Surveyor and Agreed Surveyor we have provided advice on numerous party wall applications including reviewing the initial information, assistance with issuing notices, schedule of conditions and agreeing the award to enable works to be undertaken.

Private Residential Services - Assisting with Feasibility options and cost estimates, working alongside the clients chosen architect we took review of the drawings, developed cost estimates, provided detail design services to provide a cost efficient services focusing on cost, quality and time to meet their clients needs.

CIF - From our initial free site survey, we have provided numerous projects to tackle the urgent needs of Education premises including roof replacements, window replacements, fire upgrade works, Kitchen refurbishments, Safeguarding improvements and much more. From compiling the free bids to being successful in obtaining funding for our academies and successfully running the projects with the impact of the trust, school and most importantly the children's education at the forefront of the works.

Healthcare - Assisting project managers in the healthcare profession deliver projects to their requirements and in line with staturoy requirements and technical guidance including HBNs & HTMs.

 

Drone Surveys - We undertake drone surveys to ensure we gather the extra detail for our analysis and reports. We have also assisted other professionals and clients in obtaining the data and added assistance and knowledge from our chartered surveyors.
